And that’s kind of the point, I think. While everyone else is dealing with the tourist chaos around Sokratous Street, you’re slipping into this surprisingly sophisticated little hideaway that feels more like staying at a design-savvy friend’s place than a typical hotel.

The whole “where luxury meets comfort” tagline isn’t just marketing fluff – they’ve actually nailed that balance. I mean, the apartments have this clean, contemporary vibe with quality linens and proper kitchenettes (not those sad hotel mini-fridges), but there’s nothing pretentious about it. The semi-basement location might worry some people, but honestly? It keeps things cool during those brutal July afternoons, and you’re not dealing with street noise from the medieval cobblestones that echo every footstep at 2 AM. Plus, being right in Rhodes Town means you can stumble back from dinner at Tamam or Marco Polo Café without needing to figure out late-night transport – though good luck finding the entrance on your first try after a few glasses of local wine.

What really gets me is how they’ve managed to earn that 9.7 rating without being flashy about it. It’s the small stuff that adds up – proper water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually work, and they stock the kitchen with decent coffee, not that instant nonsense. The location puts you within walking distance of everything that matters: the Palace of the Grand Masters is literally a few minutes away, you can hit Mandraki Harbor for morning coffee, and when you need a beach day, Elli Beach is close enough but far enough from the apartment that you’re not tracking sand everywhere.   Reservations manager Nikos was excellent in sorting out us on the first day as they had just changed the wifi password so he had to get this sorted for the hot water which was linked. He did this very promptly which was great. Unit is in a great location to walk to the beach, waterfront and the Old Town which we really enjoyed. Comfortable bed, lots of room and very good equipment in this apartment. 100% recommend staying here.

  The apartment is very well located and comfortably furnished. The service provided by Nikos was really exceptional. Overall, we can really recommend very much this accommodation for a stay in Rhodes Town.

  It was perfectly located to the beach, restaurants etc. The apartment is modern , well fitted and very comfortable.

  Location excellent! The mattress was super! A lovely shaded balcony with trees ! It was clean , modern plenty of kitchen equipment . We had use of extras , toilet cleaner etc ! It had excellent air conditioning, so the appartment was cool all the time . The weather was very hot & humid outside so a welcome to come back to the appt.

  Napriek nášmu neskorému príchodu, nás trpezlivo a ochotne privítali. Blízko pláže, vlastne všetko bolo super. Ne máme čo vytknúť.
  Skvelé postele, spalo sa nám fajn.
