You can walk to excellent tavernas, the beach is practically at your doorstep, and there’s even a golf course within two miles if you’re into that sort of thing.

The private pool becomes the centerpiece of your stay (I spent most mornings there with coffee, watching Faliraki wake up around me). The setup works perfectly for couples who want privacy and independence. You’ve got your own parking spot right on site, which is honestly a blessing in this area where finding parking can be a real headache during peak season.

Activities & Surroundings

Beyond just lounging by your private pool, there’s plenty to keep you busy if you’re the active type. I tried the fishing — locals will point you toward the best spots if you ask nicely. The canoeing is surprisingly good along this stretch of coast, especially in the early morning when the water’s like glass. For couples, though, I think the real draw is having your own little retreat where you can alternate between beach time and pool time without dealing with crowds or reserving loungers.

Why Guests Love It

After staying here, I get why this place scores a 9.5 with guests — it’s that rare find that delivers exactly what it promises without any pretense. You’re getting prime Faliraki location, complete privacy, and your own pool for probably less than you’d pay for a cramped hotel room in the main tourist area. The combination of being close to everything but having your own peaceful space is pretty much perfect for couples. I mean, when you can have breakfast by your private pool, walk to the beach in two minutes, and still have easy access to Faliraki’s restaurants and nightlife, what more do you really need?

  Excellent villa, very modern close to all amenities & only 1 minute to the beach. Michael was a wonderful host, he welcomed us to his lovely home gave us lots of information on things to do & places to go. He provided us with a bag of goodies on arrival full of essentials, bread, juice, wine , cheese . We only had a short stay but will definitely return in the future. We also used the bus service (right outside villa) to visit Rhodes town and watch the sunset . Cleaner was a very friendly lady also but the pool & outside space was a total dream.

  Locatie is top! Dicht in de buurt van alles en geen overlast. Heerlijk zwembad en alle faciliteiten in het huisje.
  
  What could be improved: Eromheen is nog braakliggend terrein maar daar heb je in de bubbel van je huisje en zwembad geen last van.

  Lækkert smukt hus med alt hvad man kunne ønske sig. Rent og helt nyt. Super imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale.
  Fantastisk pool med dejligt udeområde. Tæt på stranden – tager 3 min at gå derned. Tæt på restauranter og forretninger.
  Perfekt med store børn.
  
  What could be improved: Der er liv og glade dage om aftenen som kan høres på terrassen. Heldigvis totalt stille i huset og om dagen.

  This place is amazing! Great location, masses of space, both inside & outside. The bathroom is massive, with a great shower, the pool is fantastic & very clean. It is completely private. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Our host, Mike, was great & came to our rescue when our flight home was cancelled & we needed an additional night, which he arranged for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend- we will be back!

  Die Lage war top. 2 Minuten von Restaurants, Bars und dem Meer. Trotzdem ruhig am Abend. Neue Ausstattung, schöner moderner Aussenbereich und Innenbereich.
  Alles schön wie auf den Bildern.
  Parkplatz, Handtücher zum duschen, für den Pool und das Meer. Wifi 10/10.
