Hotel Description

You know what’s funny about Casa Georgia? I almost walked right past it the first time – it sits on Asklipiou Street in Faliraki without making a huge fuss about itself, but honestly, that’s part of its charm. The moment you step inside though, you realize this isn’t your typical Greek island hotel. There’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about the details here, from the way the lobby smells faintly of jasmine to how the staff remembers your name after one conversation.

The location is pretty brilliant, actually. You’re far enough from the main Faliraki strip that you won’t hear drunk tourists singing karaoke at 3 AM, but close enough that you can walk to Anthony Quinn Bay in about fifteen minutes if you take the little path locals use (it’s way prettier than the main road, trust me). I mean, sure, you could take the bus or rent a scooter, but there’s something nice about being able to just wander. The beach right in front is never absolutely packed – even in July when the rest of Rhodes feels like a sardine can. Parking’s not a nightmare either, which anyone who’s driven around Greek islands will appreciate.

What really gets me about this place is how it feels authentic without trying too hard. The rooms are genuinely comfortable – not just Instagram-pretty but actually functional. The balconies face either the sea or these olive groves that stretch inland, and in the evenings you get this amazing light that photographers would kill for. The housekeeping is spot-on too; they somehow manage to clean around your stuff without making you feel like you need to pack everything away each morning. Breakfast is served until a reasonable hour (none of this 9 AM cutoff nonsense), and they actually have good coffee – not the watery hotel stuff you usually get. The pool area gets busy around midday, but early morning or late afternoon it’s perfect for reading or just watching the fishing boats come in. With a 9.7 rating, you’d expect them to be resting on their laurels, but they’re constantly tweaking little things. Last time I was there, they’d added these outdoor showers that somehow make you feel like you’re at a spa. It’s the kind of place where you find yourself planning your next visit before you’ve even checked out.

  The property had everything we needed! The location was perfect, 10/15 min walk to the beach or there are e-scooters a 1 min walk from the apartment you can hire (easy app download) and leave at various locations to get you around if it’s too hot. The host was great, really friendly and helpful. He recommended some places which we visited and had a great time. The outside area is nice for the warm evenings playing games and a couple of drinks (supermarkets less than 5 min walk). We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

  Absolutely loved this bungalow the outside seating and bbq area especially and my other half the outside shower. Everything was spotlessly clean with beers, water and orange juice left in the fridge for our arrival. Plenty clean towels and linen left and the owner Manos and his wife came to introduce themselves bringing fresh figs from his garden and making sure that I had his number if there was anything at all needed.
  
  What could be improved: The neighbours taste in music lol but they were all very pleasant and polite.

  Calm, spacious(incl. outdoor space) and generally well equipped, especially the outdoor area, having a BBQ, shower, sink, reserved parking lot and even a garden hose. The host was very friendly, polite and quickly responding to all of our questions/requests.
  
  What could be improved: I would improve the coffee machine(currently only shwarz, where cheap and better alternatives are present) and the available kitchen amenities (mostly knives, smaller pan, etc). Both things are definitely not a deal breaker, but will increase the yearly quality and value vs relatively low investment.

  Excellent holiday house in Faliraki, ideal even for a more extended stay. It has a separate sleeping room, and dining room combined with a kitchen with a stove, oven, kettle, fridge, and coffee machine. Of course, there is a bathroom with a standing shower and a toilet. It also has air conditioning which works well and a big terrace with a sunbed, a shower, and a grill place. There are taverns and a supermarket nearby. The place is quiet, WIFI works well even for video calls. The owner is a very nice person who answered all our questions very quick and effectively.
  
  What could be improved: Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay a lot. The house is a bit far from the beaches and the city center, 15 mins walk, but for us it wasn't a problem and if you stay with a car or a scooter, it will be ideal.

  the relaxed surrounding, the patio, being able to eat dinner outside, the bed was really great! we used the bbq once and the outside shower was really nice for hot days: we wish we could have stayed longer

  Это место не в центре города, но не далеко от остановок общественного транспорта. До пляжа идти 15 минут пешком. Минут 5-7 до магазинов, супермаркетов, рядом несколько таверн, прокаты машин, байков. Апартаменты большие, удобные. Есть все – 2 бутылки воды в холодильнике, чай, кофе, специи, даже сливочное масло. В спальне кондиционер, в гостевой комнате вентилятор, супер вай фай. Район тихий. Удобно что апартаменты находятся немного в глубине от дороги. Нет шума, кроме цикад) Есть чайник, утюг, гладилка, фен, барбекю, удлинители для удобного пользования розетками, предусмотрено все как дома) просто великолепные 3 дня провела и хотела бы остаться еще ❤️
