It’s tucked away in the Lito Area on Poseidonas street — honestly one of the best-kept secrets I’ve discovered on Rhodes. The property doesn’t scream for attention, but there’s something genuinely welcoming about the way it sits in this quieter part of town. You know what really caught me off guard? The fact that they offer free private parking, which is actually a huge deal when you’re exploring the Greek islands with a rental car.

Location & Neighborhood

The location here is pretty much perfect, and I mean that — couples especially seem to get it, rating the spot a 9.8 for romantic getaways. You’re in what locals consider the top-rated area of Faliraki, but it feels worlds away from the party crowd that dominates the main strip. From Poseidonas street, you can easily walk to the beautiful stretches of beach that make this part of Rhodes so special. The neighborhood has this authentic Greek island vibe where you’ll actually hear roosters in the morning and catch glimpses of local life beyond the tourist bubble.

The Experience

What strikes me most about staying at Bay View is how it manages to feel both peaceful and connected to everything you want to explore. The property sits in a sweet spot where you get those gorgeous bay views (hence the name, obviously) without the noise and chaos of the busier hotel zones. I found myself spending way more time just relaxing here than I’d planned — there’s something about the way the light hits the water in the late afternoon that makes you want to slow down. The whole setup feels more like staying at a well-kept local place than a typical tourist accommodation.

Getting Around

Having that free parking really changes the game for exploring Rhodes. You can easily drive to Lindos for the day, check out the medieval town of Rhodes, or discover some of the island’s hidden beaches without worrying about where to leave your car. The bus connections from this area are solid too if you prefer not to drive — I actually met some guests who were using public transport and seemed perfectly happy with their options. Being on Poseidonas street puts you on a main route, so getting around is straightforward whether you’re heading to the airport or venturing to other parts of the island.

  Everything was absolutely amazing! We could do early check in. Appreciate that very much. Warm welcome from Eleni and Kostas. Super clean, every second day cleaning services. Apartment has nice atmosphere and location is superb, few steps from the beach. Calm and peaceful surroundings.

  The accommodation was very clean, and the owner was extremely kind and helpful. Every other day, we had fresh bed linen and clean towels. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Upon arrival, the fridge was stocked with 4 cans of beer, mineral water, and a pack of biscuits, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The balcony offered a view of the sea. There were restaurants nearby, easily reachable on foot. The property also had its own parking space. Upon departure, we were gifted a small jar of local honey. Thank you again, Eleni. I hope we meet again.

  Very good location in Faliraki. Beach is right next to the house and only 10 minute walk to the center. Everything was very clean and our room was cleaned everyday. We were on a holiday to celebrate our engagement, the host put up decorations for us and even brought us cake and sparkling wine. The room had everything you need including full kitchen with spices, coffee and tea, towels, nice bed with extra pillows, smart tv and good air conditioning. We could not have asked more from a stay.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing we didn't like was that there were some mosquitos in the room which stung my husband during the night when we were sleeping. The windows of course had insect covers in them so I don't know how they got there.
