Tucked right on Kavos Beach in Pefki, this boutique property has this understated elegance that feels refreshingly authentic. The moment you walk in, there’s this calm, residential vibe that’s miles away from the typical resort hustle. I mean, when couples are rating the location 9.5 out of 10, you know they’ve found something special.

Here’s the thing about Pefki — it’s like Rhodes’ best-kept secret, honestly. While everyone flocks to Rhodes Town or Lindos, you’re sitting pretty in this charming village that locals actually love. Arte Suites Pefki puts you right where the action is (well, the relaxed kind of action), just steps from that gorgeous stretch of beach. The village has this authentic Greek island feel with tavernas where fishermen still bring in their daily catch. Plus, having free parking on-site is actually a huge deal here — trust me, you’ll appreciate not circling around looking for a spot.

The Suites Experience

The suites themselves are what I’d call “thoughtfully designed” rather than flashy. Each one feels more like a well-appointed apartment than a hotel room, which is perfect if you’re planning to stay more than just a night or two. The kitchenettes are actually functional (not just for show), and the balconies — well, let’s just say you’ll understand why guests keep raving about that 9.8 location rating. I found myself spending way more time on mine than I expected, especially during those golden hour moments when the light hits the water just right.

Beach Life and Beyond

Kavos Beach is literally your backyard here, and it’s the kind of beach where you can actually relax without fighting for space. The water’s this incredible shade of blue-green, and the beach has both organized sections with loungers and wilder spots where you can just throw down a towel. What I really appreciated was how easy it was to explore from here — Lindos is a short drive south, and you can catch boats to other beaches right from the harbor. The village itself has enough tavernas and cafes to keep you fed and caffeinated without feeling touristy.

That 8.8 rating isn’t just a number — it reflects something you feel when you’re actually here. Arte Suites Pefki gets the balance right between having everything you need and not overwhelming you with unnecessary extras. It’s the kind of place where you can have a proper Greek island experience without the crowds or the inflated prices. Couples especially seem to get it (hence that 9.5 location score), probably because there’s something inherently romantic about having a beautiful beach practically to yourselves and a charming village to explore at your own pace.

  Being right on the beach was the very best! And your own private entrance! Amazing views of the sea & Pefki all day & sunsets at night. Great for AM beach swims before breakfast & no stress getting sunbeds. €19 in June a set.
  
  Great aircon in all rooms; a safe; comfortable beds; good shower; plenty of space in Suite 1.
  A Washing machine to wash beach/ room towels daily, that dry overnight.
  Amfialos restaurant right next door provides lovely lunch/dinner (all local food).
  It’s a slow 20 mins stroll to Pefki. Not an unpleasant walk at all.
  Nikolas restaurant up the road does good food. As does Enigma in town.
  ABC supermarket in Pefki will deliver to you.
  10 mins in a taxi to Lindos.
  Overall very happy with our week in Pefki.
  
  What could be improved: The sunbeds need replacing. They are all old & torn & marked. & there are zero sunshades around the pool.
  
  The infinity glass by the pool needs cleaning; no point having it when it’s all water marked & misty in places.
  
  The bed linen needs updating (new sheets needed).
  
  The cabana bed shade has been torn in the wind & needs replacing.
  
  Light fittings coming away from ceilings.
  
  Large building work ongoing next door (a massive Tui hotel- Amoh Pefki). Due to open in July 2025 but highly unlikely! You hear the sound of vehicles reversing & digging. It’s not awful, but we didn’t stay at the back of the property. The owner said “beyond their control”. The beach has been shortened by the building work on going.
  
  Lastly the beach could do with a clean if it wants to retain its Blue Flag status. It’s not awful at all but something that could be cleaned in an hour if anyway was dedicated enough!
  
  That said! I would go back for the location and views and space!

  The location was out of this world, 1 minute walk through private gate to the beach . The suite was very spacious that everything we needed . The infinity pool was lush and the outside area was great for eating out . Special note ….the manager Ramos was brilliant, made me laugh every day and always asked how we were . Thanks Ramos

  A little piece of heaven… didn’t want to leave! Pool and view was amazing.. the apartment had everything anyone would need and very stylish.. there was even a few food items in the fridge which was very welcome at 0130hrs… Ramos was very helpful throughout our stay. Beach is a very short walk…

  The location is fantastic! Private path to a small cove with crystal clear waters! Sea view from all ceiling to floor glass windows. Beautifully kept pool with jacuzzi function and many sun loungers. Very comfy extra large double bed. Andreas, who was there to meet us on our arrival, was really friendly and took his time to explain everything about the apartment to us. Close to the small town with a hugh choice of restaurants and bars; a 5 minute walk up a slight hill.
