You’re about 8 kilometers from Rhodes Town, which gives you easy access to the medieval city and the airport without dealing with the crowds every single day. The beach is a short walk away — not the postcard-perfect sandy stretches you see in brochures, but the kind of pebbly coast where locals actually swim. There’s a decent taverna just down the road where the owner’s mother still makes the dolmades, and you’ll find a small supermarket within walking distance for those inevitable forgotten essentials.

Everything is spotlessly clean, the air conditioning actually works (trust me, this matters in July), and there’s this attention to small details that you don’t expect. The bathrooms are modern enough without feeling sterile, and most rooms have little balconies or terraces where you can sit with your morning coffee and listen to the neighborhood waking up.

  I am someone who has visited (and photographed) 90 out of the 92 Greek inhabited islands with 5 or more residents. I have been to not less than 200 Greek standard accommodations, so I know what I am talking about. I have never seen an accommodation, regardless of price, that is better equipped than this one. Furthermore, it is arranged with a specific personal taste that is astonishing. In these two semi-detached houses – for 6 people at most (3 in each), one finds anything that might be needed or wanted. For example, a microwave oven, a washing machine, all possible kitchen facilities and vessels, various utensils, spices, you name it ….. And Anastasia is a very friendly and highly educated person who will help you with anything (and any information) desired or necessary. It is already clear that a house like this should be very nice inside and outside, and clean. It is. And will be a pleasure to stay for a longer vacation, not just for a day or two. The inner house has a large garden with a lot of space for a big table and many chairs and a bench, so if 4-6 people rent the two houses, they will have a nice time in the garden every evening.
  
  What could be improved: This is not a dislike – the accommodation is more than a kilometer from the beach, so a car or other vehicle is mandatory. The same goes for shopping and visiting taverns. Not very far, but not exactly for walking, especially in the heat. Parking inside the house. The larger distance is an asset actually – no traffic noise all day and night.

  Καθαρό,άνετο, με τα όμορφα λουλούδια στα παρτέρια του, (φαίνεται το χέρι της καλής νοικοκυράς)…. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά στο επόμενο ταξίδι μου στην αγαπημένη μου Ρόδο ❤️❤️❤️

  Cute little greek house on calm and quiet location. Very well equiped, there was all we needed and even more. You have all facilities like at home (fridge, waschmaschine, iron, kitchen equipment). House was well arranged and PERFECTLY clean. You have some private space in front of house to rest after a hot day or eat a breakfast. At most 10mins by walk from main square/street, a bit more from main Ialysos beach. Shops/market/bakery close around. Also a private parking place is available (great for rented car). Anastasia was the best host! Always available, very responsive and very hearty. You could feel a Greek hospitality here! Totally recommend.

  C’è davvero tutto ciò che serve, esattamente come a casa propria. Appartamento pulitissimo, letto comodo, zona tranquilla ma strategica e ben collegata. Anastasia, la proprietaria, è una signora gentilissima ed estremamente disponibile per qualunque esigenza, ci ha dato moltissime informazioni utili sulle spiagge più belle e i ristoranti col miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo nella zona! Consiglio vivamente e spero di tornare al più presto, grazie di tutto cara Anastasia!!
