You know how sometimes you walk into a place and immediately think “okay, they actually get it here”? That’s exactly what happened when I first stepped into Ammades All Suites. It’s tucked right on Leoforos Kallitheas in Faliraki – not the crazy party strip that Rhodes gets known for, but close enough that you can hear the distant buzz if you’re into that scene. The adults-only thing isn’t just a marketing gimmick either; they’ve genuinely created this pocket of calm that feels worlds away from the family chaos you’ll find at most Greek beach hotels.

What struck me first was honestly the smell – I mean that in the best way possible. There’s this blend of sea salt and whatever landscaping they’ve got going on that just hits different. The suites themselves are spacious in a way that makes you wonder why other places cram everything into shoebox rooms. Each one has this flow to it, like someone actually thought about how people move through a space. The bathrooms are particularly well done – those rainfall showers that actually have decent water pressure, which, let’s be real, isn’t always a given in Greece. The spa area is where they really shine though. I’ve done the whole hotel spa circuit around Rhodes, and most feel like afterthoughts, but this one feels integrated into the whole experience. You can actually book treatments without planning three days ahead, and the staff knows what they’re doing.

The beach access is what seals the deal for me. You’re not fighting for loungers at 6 AM or walking through crowds to get to decent sand. It’s this more secluded stretch where you can actually hear yourself think – well, except during August when everywhere in Greece gets a bit intense. The restaurant situation surprised me too; usually hotel food is hotel food, but they’ve got this chef who clearly understands that people want actual flavor, not just Instagram-worthy plating. The breakfast spreads include local stuff you won’t find at the big chain places, and their evening menu changes based on what’s fresh at the markets in Rhodes Town. Parking was seamless, which might sound boring but anyone who’s circled Greek coastal roads looking for a spot knows it matters. The staff has that rare combination of being attentive without hovering – they remember your name after day one but don’t interrupt your poolside nap to ask if you need anything. That 9.7 rating makes sense when you’re there; it’s not perfect because nowhere is, but the things they do well, they do really well.

  We had remarkable time here. Beyond amazing stay and truly enjoyed every minute.
  The staff is great, breakfast absolutely delicious, rooms are spacious and very well decorated (I still miss this closet ohh…) and overall chill atmosphere and vibe.
  
  What could be improved: Super minor but since it’s close to the big all inclusive resort you hear the music and pool activities from the other hotels.
  Really easy to solve with some ambiance music in the pool speakers to cover it.

  The hotel is really beautiful and the rooms are really spacious and beautiful, the staff is great and kind, and the breakfast that works on the concept of a buffet + a menu of dishes that you can choose without limit was really successful and delicious, we would definitely like to come back again.
  
  What could be improved: On the first night we had some ants in the room, and on the second day we had stains on the carpets, I note that the hotel is very clean but this is a point they can improve a little more

  Staff are exceptional, friendly, personal and genuinely want you to be happy. This is my 3rd stay and the hugs and greetings I received from staff was heartwarming and genuine.

  Beautiful architecture, well-insulated rooms with stunning views of the sea bordering the hotel. Plenty of closets and drawers for storage. Lovely spacious bathroom.The swimming pool is spacious, with unique tiling—immaculately clean and large. There are plenty of comfortable loungers, and guests also have the option to relax on the beach by the sea, where beautiful beds are provided as well.
  The cherry on top is the restaurant, where you can enjoy an extensive breakfast each morning: a buffet featuring, among other things, an oven with warm croissants, and the option to order à la carte as well. The view is enchanting.
  In the evening, the menu offers a wide selection of delicious dishes, all freshly prepared and superbly seasoned by the exceptionally talented Yiannis. Our hostess Samanta also deserves a round of applause—knowledgeable and confident, she consistently provides excellent advice on both food and drinks.
  I rarely take the time to review hotels, despite staying in them about 120 nights a year, but this one is undoubtedly a standout. If I had to mention one minor point of criticism, it would be the recurring playlists in the restaurant—though, to be fair, they consist of very enjoyable and high-quality music.

  The best hotel Adults only we have ever visited. We do like everything, very nice and cosy room we have been upgraded to. Absolutely stunning view, heating pool, very nice cabanas calm and quiet place to have some rest. We do have a spa and massages- wonderful. Many thanks to all personal of the hotel who’s taking care of guests. Will be back for sure.
