Location & Setting

Gennadi sits on the southeastern tip of Rhodes, and honestly, it’s where locals go when they want to escape the tourist crowds of Lindos or Rhodes Town. Alpha Villas capitalizes on this beautifully — you’re right on the beachfront, but it doesn’t feel touristy at all. The beach here is this gorgeous mix of pebbles and sand, and the water has that crystalline quality you see in postcards but rarely experience in person. What I love is that couples seem to get it — they consistently rate the location nearly 9 out of 10, and I can see why. There’s something inherently romantic about having this pristine coastline practically to yourself.

  Beautiful villa, very modern and new. Immaculately clean and perfect for 4 people. The location is a little remote, you definitely need a car. The beautiful beach is a 2 min walk away. The host was so kind and helpful and was able to help with any queries at all. Would definitely recommend.

  Beautiful modern villa with a fabulous wrap around pool. Great facilities, inside and out. Super clean. A couple of minutes walk to the beach with a lovely beach bar that had a really local feel with draft Alfa and a great calamari! Short drive to the village of Gennadi, which has so many lovely tavernas and bars. Perfect base to visit everywhere in Rhodes from Pradonisi to Rhodes Town. Thank you again to our lovely hosts. We'll be back!

  Beautiful villa, very modern and new. Immaculately clean and perfect for 4 people. The villa has everything you could need, the coffee machine was a welcomed extra. Plenty of towels . The location is a little remote, you definitely need a car. The beautiful beach is a 3 min walk away. A very quiet beach with a small beach bar.
  The host was so kind and helpful and was able to help with any queries at all. Would definitely recommend.
  
  What could be improved: The road next to the villa can get quite noisy, you do get used to it after a while.

  Stamatis welcomed us, gave us the keys and short instructions. The fridge was stocked and the house nice and cool. Within walking distance there is a beach and a beach bar.

  A buitifull villa and not very old, so everything looks shiny and new, everything you would need on your holiday is provided, the bedroom on the lower floor opens up onto the pool which lights up buitifully at night, and it wraps round the villa. My wife and I loved our short stay here and would deffenetly stay here again. Thank you for the warm welcome it was a pleasure to meet you.

  Fully equipped property that has everything you could possibly need. Super nice owner too. We used this as a base with which to travel the entire island, but it was great to be able to spend a few wonderful days lounging by the pool too.
  
  What could be improved: An additional privacy screen around the pool from the road would be good.

  This truly is a wonderful spot – The pool, the sea view and of course the villa itself. We had a great time here. Alpha Villas is a place were you feel comfortable and relaxed. There is a lot of space on the terrace and the pool where you can enjoy the Rhodian sun.
  The host takes exceptionally good care of the customers. The pool was cleaned every other day and there was an "extra cleaning" of the property during our stay. Thank you very much for the wonderful time we had here!
  
  What could be improved: The only thing that you need to be aware of is that the road nearby can be quite busy and thus a bit noisy.- Also, during our stay there was a construction site nearby that we could hear from time to time.

  Very good location, local small bar and beach 100metres from villa. Prasonisi kiting beach is 20min driving. Many shops and restaurants in nearby Gennadi (5km).
