I mean, with a 9.8 rating I expected something good, but honestly, this place feels more like staying at your Greek friend’s family home than any typical hotel – and I say that in the best possible way. The location on Odós Dimokratías puts you right in the heart of Pastida, which is this lovely village that most tourists completely miss because they’re all crowding into Rhodes Town. Their loss, really.

The thing about Pastida is it’s got this authentic rhythm that you just don’t find in the touristy spots. You’ll wake up to the sound of locals chatting over coffee at the kafeneio down the street, not tour buses rumbling past at dawn. Aithrea (the owner, I assume?) has clearly put thought into every detail – the rooms have this perfect balance of traditional Greek touches without feeling like you’re sleeping in a museum. The bedding is actually comfortable (you’d be surprised how many places get this wrong), and there’s proper air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing on the roof.

What really impressed me was how quiet it gets at night. Pastida isn’t exactly a party destination, which means you can actually sleep with the windows open and hear the olive trees rustling instead of drunk tourists singing karaoke until 3 AM. During the day, you’re a quick drive to some of the island’s best beaches – the locals will point you toward spots that aren’t overrun with umbrellas and overpriced drinks. And honestly, having a proper base to come back to makes all the difference. The WiFi actually works (tested it on video calls), there’s decent parking nearby, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no twenty-minute sales pitch about excursions or restaurant recommendations you didn’t ask for.

I stayed during shoulder season in May, and the whole village had this relaxed energy where you could strike up conversations with locals who weren’t exhausted from dealing with cruise ship crowds all day. The grocery store is literally a two-minute walk if you want to grab fresh bread and local cheese for breakfast on your balcony. And here’s something I appreciated – the place is clean without that sterile hotel smell, you know? It smells like the countryside, with hints of wild herbs and that particular Mediterranean dryness that somehow makes everything feel more peaceful. Four stars feels about right for the official rating, but that 9.8 guest score tells the real story – this is the kind of place you end up recommending to friends when they ask where to stay in Rhodes.

  During our recent stay at Aithrea's Homes in Rhodes, Greece, we were delighted to find a truly welcoming and comfortable accommodation that exceeded our expectations. The apartment had three generously sized bedrooms, with all spaces we need it. And above all, extremely clean and well maintained.
  
  The kitchen had all appliance needed for breakfast, lunch or dinner, coffee machine, sandwich maker, oven and electrical stove and a big fridge. Additionally, the spacious living room was the perfect spot to eat and cool. Every room has a balcony and its own air conditioning perfectly functional and included in the price, 2 bathrooms, a big one with bathtub and one with a small shower.
  
  The location of Aithrea's Homes was also a major advantage. It allowed easy access to all corners of the island with a rental car. Whether we wanted to visit stunning popular beaches for snorkelling or discover hidden ones, we found that every destination was within a convenient driving distance. Moreover, being close to Rhodes' capital city we had quick access to shops (Lidl, AB, Jumbo).
  
  The owner of Aithrea's Homes was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel at home throughout our stay.
  
  In conclusion, Aithrea's Homes in Rhodes, Greece, is a perfect place to stay in Rhodes that provided us with everything we needed for a memorable holiday. We wholeheartedly recommend Aithrea's Homes to anyone looking to experience the beauty and charm of this delightful island. We can't wait to return!

  È una casa nuova grandissima, 3 camere 2 bagni, un grande open space salotto/cucina con tutti i confort possibili:
  microonde,lavastoviglie, forno, frigorifero, congelatore e uno stanzino con la lavatrice.
  Aria Condizionata, smart tv da 55 pollici, wi fi funzionante (il segnale è un po' basso nelle Camere da letto), lavatrice in uno stanzino zona lavanderia.
  Ha 3 terrazze, una nel salotto veramente grande con le poltrone e un divanetto, le altre nelle camere da letto. Avendo una bimba piccola abbiamo Prenotato la culla/lettino da campeggio, avevo chiesto pure un seggiolone anche se la Casa non era dotata, nonostante questo me lo hanno trovato.
  Il proprietario è una brava persona e ci ha accolto puntualmente. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare in casa acqua fresca(cosa molto importante dopo che arrivi dopo un bel. Viaggio) una bottiglia di vino bianco e dei dolcetti tipici greci.
  Che dire, la consiglierei a chiunque, considerato i prezzi che ci sono per gli studios che sono dei mini monolocali,non c'è proprio paragone.
