You know what struck me first about Adelais? It’s tucked away on Kanada Street, which honestly sounds more Canadian than Greek, but here’s the thing – you’re literally a five-minute walk from Mandraki Harbor where those famous deer statues stand guard. I mean, you can actually hear the gentle clinking of boat masts when the evening breeze picks up, but it’s not loud enough to keep you awake. Perfect sweet spot, really.

The apartment itself feels like someone’s stylish Greek aunt decided to go all-out on renovating her city place. Everything’s been thought through – and I actually mean everything. The kitchen has this gorgeous marble countertop that’s clearly local stone (you’ll see the same veining in half the buildings around Rhodes Old Town), and they’ve got proper coffee equipment, not those sad little hotel packets. The bathroom’s surprisingly spacious for a Greek city apartment, with rainfall shower that actually has decent pressure. Small detail, but when you’ve been walking cobblestones all day exploring the Palace of the Grand Masters, trust me, it matters. The living area opens right onto this little balcony where you can sit with morning coffee and watch the neighborhood wake up – there’s an elderly Greek man who tends his rooftop garden across the way every morning around 7 AM, and honestly, it’s become part of my Rhodes routine.

Location-wise, this place is sort of genius. You’re close enough to the medieval Old Town that you can pop over for dinner without planning your whole evening around it, but far enough that you’re not dealing with cruise ship crowds streaming past your window. The New Market’s maybe a three-minute walk – perfect for grabbing fresh fruit, local honey, or those little Greek pastries whose names I can never pronounce correctly. Parking can be a bit tricky around here (like most places in Rhodes Town), but there’s usually something within a block or two. What really sold me though was how quiet it gets at night. During the day you’ve got that pleasant city hum, but after 10 PM it’s surprisingly peaceful. The hosts clearly know what they’re doing – check-in was smooth, they left detailed notes about everything from the quirky front door lock to restaurant recommendations that weren’t just tourist traps. With a 9.8 rating, they’re obviously doing something right, and after staying here, I get it. It’s not trying to be some fancy resort experience – it’s just a really well-done city apartment that makes you feel like you’re living in Rhodes rather than just visiting.

  We had an absolutely amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive — we have never felt more taken care of. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfect. This was by far the best hospitality we've ever experienced.   Beautiful, clean & modern apartment! 15 min walk to the old town or a 2 min to the bus stop & taxi rank. The new Marina is also about a 8-10 min walk.

  Konum old town'a yürüyerek 10 dk. mesafede. Etrafında bir çok market ve fırın mevcut. Ev çok çok büyük. Gayet temiz ve düzenliydi.

  Een erg centrale ligging van het appartement, de straat uitlopen en je staat al in de oude stad van Rhodos. Het appartement heeft een ruime indeling waar je zeker met zijn 4 kan genieten. Verder is het erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien! Ook de eigenaar van het appartement is erg vriendelijk en bij vragen kan je hem altijd bereiken.

  Appartamento grande e moderno, dotato di tutti i comfort, in zona residenziale della città a poche centinaia di metri dalla spiaggia di zefyros. La città medievale ed il centro distano circa 30 minuti a piedi, 10/12 min in auto.
