Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw “7 minutes from city centre” in the name, I rolled my eyes a bit. But you know what? They’re not lying, and that actually matters more than you’d think when you’re lugging suitcases around Rhodes Town in July heat. This villa sits on Vernis Street, which is this quiet residential strip that somehow feels worlds away from the tourist chaos, yet you can literally walk to the medieval Old Town walls in less than ten minutes. I timed it because, well, I’m that person.

The six-bedroom setup is honestly perfect if you’re traveling with a group that wants luxury but also wants to actually hang out together. The living spaces flow really nicely – there’s this main area where everyone naturally gravitates, but you can also disappear into your own corner when you need to decompress. What struck me most was how they’ve managed to keep it feeling like a home rather than some sterile vacation rental. The kitchen actually has proper olive oil (good Greek stuff, not the tourist trap bottles), and the bathrooms have those little details that show someone cares – decent water pressure, mirrors that don’t fog up immediately, towels that are actually soft. The outdoor space is where this place really shines though. There’s something magical about having your morning coffee while looking out over the rooftops toward the harbor, especially in those early hours before the cruise ships arrive and Rhodes wakes up properly.

Here’s what I really appreciated – parking is actually sorted, which if you’ve ever tried to navigate a rental car through Rhodes Town, you’ll know is basically a miracle. The neighborhood stays pretty quiet even during peak season, though you’ll hear some street life in the evenings, which I found charming rather than annoying. The walk into town takes you past this little bakery on Ethnikis Antistaseos (grab the cheese pies, trust me) and through some streets that feel authentically Greek rather than sanitized for tourists. I mean, you’re still clearly in a tourist destination, but it doesn’t feel like you’re staying in the middle of a theme park. The only minor thing – and this is really minor – is that the WiFi gets a bit spotty in the back bedrooms, but honestly, if you’re in Rhodes and stressed about internet speed, you’re probably doing vacation wrong anyway.

  The accommodation exceeded my expectations. The villa really looks like a dream, just like in the pictures. I celebrated my 30th birthday there and was proposed to by my boyfriend (now fiancé). I couldn't have dreamed of a more beautiful moment or place.
  The rooms were top notch, everything was spotlessly clean. The owner also greeted us on arrival and included lots of little surprises such as a large gift basket and bottles of sparkling wine.
  I can recommend the villa 110 percent. We were all (12 person) delighted and there was not a single negative point.
